Credits work for every document, whether bought or from the monthly plan. The monthly “Pro” plan (€9.99 per month, 100 credits per billing period) is managed and cancelled under Account → Plan & payments. You can also cancel without signing in via Cancel contracts here.
Payment is handled by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record, which calculates applicable VAT and issues the invoice.
